Consent to Receive SMS

By providing your phone number during the booking process and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from JetStyle Barbershop related to your appointments. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can complete a booking without opting in to SMS notifications — email notifications will still be sent.

Types of Messages

You may receive the following types of messages:

• Booking confirmation — sent when your appointment is confirmed
• Appointment reminder — sent the day before your appointment
• Cancellation notice — sent if your appointment is cancelled

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You will receive up to 3 messages per appointment booked (confirmation, reminder, and cancellation if applicable). No marketing or promotional messages will be sent.

Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You will still receive email notifications for your bookings.

Privacy

Your phone number is collected solely for appointment-related communications. We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number to third parties. Phone numbers are stored securely and only used to deliver the messages described above via our SMS provider (Twilio).

Supported Carriers

SMS notifications are supported on all major mobile carriers. International numbers may not be supported.
